Health and Safety Audit

The aim of the Health and Safety audit/review will be to establish where your organisation currently sits with regards to: compliance with health and safety legislation; bestpractice; and claims defensibility. This will be achieved, firstly, by meeting with the person(s) responsible for the day-to-day management of health and safety orresponsible persons. At the beginning of the visit, we will have a briefdiscussion about the organisation to assist in understanding more about thepremises, staff number, facilities, and an overview of work activities andprocesses undertaken on the site and elsewhere. Often a tour of the premises isthe best way to achieve this. We will then discuss the health and safetymanagement system, policies and procedures that are in place for each area ofrisk.
